Baby Yoga

Yoga for the tiniest ones is not only great fun but also a wonderful way to strengthen the bond between parent and child. Through gentle exercises and shared movements, babies learn coordination, balance, and body awareness, while parents can peacefully observe their child’s development. It’s also a perfect opportunity to relax, laugh, and spend quality time together in a safe and joyful atmosphere. Baby yoga supports the emotional, physical, and social growth of your little one, while boosting patience, mindfulness, and positive feelings for parents too.

Horti (4-7)

Indoor horticultural therapy is a wonderful way for young children to explore the world of plants, even when they can’t go outside.
During the sessions, kids plant seeds in pots, water them, and watch them grow, learning how plants respond to light and water. By touching soil, leaves, and flowers, they develop their sense of touch and coordination, while working with different textures strengthens fine motor skills. Observing the colors and shapes of plants stimulates vision and imagination, while a variety of scents from herbs to flowers awaken the sense of smell and help children recognize different stimuli. These sessions promote patience, focus, and curiosity about the world, teach teamwork, and nurture responsibility for plants. Children enjoy creating, caring for plants, and discovering nature right in their classroom.

Horti (8-13)

Kids plant seeds and potted plants, experiment with watering, observe growth, and learn how light, water, and nutrients affect plants. Working with different textures, soil, leaves, and flowers stimulates the sense of touch and coordination, while observing colors, shapes, and patterns enhances vision and imagination. Children also learn to recognize plant scents, supporting the development of their sense of smell. These sessions strengthen patience, focus, responsibility, and creativity, while fostering teamwork. Horticultural therapy brings joy through creating, experimenting, and caring for plants.
