If you need it, I will be with you during the birth of your child.
I will provide you, your partner, and your baby with the best possible support medical or non medical, depending on our collaboration as well as emotional and physical care. I’ll be by your side, supporting your choices and your experiences at every stage of the miraculous journey of birth 💚✨️
Together, we will go through every possible birth scenario while you are still waiting for your baby to arrive, reminding you of your immense inner strength.
I will help you see what an incredible woman you are and how much you are capable of achieving on your own.
If you feel the need, I will also support you after your baby’s birth, so we can together process the experience you, your partner, and your baby went through.
Together, we’ll find answers to all your questions, doubts, and any difficult emotions that may have arisen.
Lactation Support
If you feel the need, you will find support in me both throughout your breastfeeding journey and when you decide it’s time to bring that chapter to a close.
I also offer my support if you experience difficulties while feeding your baby with formula milk.
Support on Your Parenthood Journey
Parenthood is a wonderful adventure sometimes also full of twists and unexpected moments.
Remember that I am here for you, no matter how old your child is.

Prevention of birth trauma
One of the main goals of birth trauma prevention is to restore women’s sense of agency in the perinatal period so that, by drawing on their inner strength, they can take pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period into their own hands.
Although we cannot control everything that happens during childbirth, we can prepare ourselves, our babies, and our loved ones while pregnancy still unfolds.
I as a woman and an expectant mother am placed at the very center of the work with the coach or therapist: with all my wishes, desires, the trust in my feelings and body awareness, as well as my fears, worries, and unanswered questions…
to which answers must eventually come.

When thoughts about your child’s birth bring back painful emotional or physical memories, and you can’t seem to chase away the dark clouds swirling in your mind...
Give yourself the chance to create a safe space for those feelings. Give yourself permission to speak out loud about what you felt and what you still feel. I will listen to you and help you ensure that others truly hear you as well.
Birth trauma therapy, in cooperation with a coach or therapist, allows you to build your own safe space where you can gently work through your birth experience, step by step.
The main form of therapy is conversation through words, we rebuild agency and begin the journey toward healing.
Birth trauma therapy combines several therapeutic approaches and is individually tailored to each woman’s needs after an initial meeting, which helps determine the best form, number, and frequency of sessions.
